Reorientation of the girl child

As we speak laws are being passed into legislation to permit pedophile marriages of underage girls in third world countries.
When an eight year old girl who is supposed to be in school getting an education is sent into the institution of marriage, by the time she is thirty, she would have given birth to a dozen children or more if she becomes sexually active as soon as she is of child bearing age.
Across board, the ripple effect is a densely populated communist third world with questionable preposition.
Whereas in the first world, bills are being passed to fortify the rights of the LGBT community. Gay marriage rights are getting more attention than any other issue in the media and their interests are being prioritized above that of women and children. The resultant effect of this is a sparse uneven distribution of population and opportunity.
It's not as if gay practices are absent in third world countries, those inclined in such ways are simply more strategic and are not as flippant as their gay counterparts in some other parts of the world.
A review of these issues and the laws backing these rights would go a long way in curbing the excesses of it.
